All Empowered Foundation
Many families face significant challenges when their children’s medical needs exceed what is covered by insurance or qualify for PDN, PCA, or PPEC.

The All Empowered Foundation will offer support in these crucial times, whether through financial aid, access to resources, or advocacy.
We focus on bridging the gap for children who may not qualify for government assistance or who face barriers to accessing care. Donations to the foundation fund scholarships cover:​
